EVERYONE entering the spa facility MUST wear a mask.
If you are experiencing any COLD or FLU LIKE symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with these symptoms, please call and reschedule your appointment.
All Clients' temperature will be assessed upon entering the facility prior to receiving services.
All Clients' must wash hands upon entering the facility.
A Signed copy of our COVID -19 protocol and client waiver prior to service is required.
No Children or Extra persons not receiving services are allowed in the facility at any time.
Each area, all tools, rooms, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client.
Face/Eye protection will be worn by estheticians during services.
Cancellation/no-show policy - We will not be penalizing for any last-minute cancellations due to being sick. However, please provide us with information as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.
This too shall pass, we hope that we can get back to a new normal soon with the ability to offer many of the added value services and perks that are a joy to provide.
We will continue to refine these protocols and make any necessary adjustments as well as be sure to inform you of such changes.
